Delivery is free on all orders over £200.00* to the UK Mainland. Please note - large bulk orders requiring special van delivery are excluded from the FREE DELIVERY offer, we will contact you after your order is placed to advise. Any orders under £200.00* are subject to a carriage charge of £9.95. We also offer an economy £7.50 delivery service, on orders under £25.00*. All transit times quoted are in addition to our dispatch times of 3-5 working days. Custom Medal orders are not included in this offer.

We endeavor to process and dispatch all orders (excluding customised products) within 3-5 working days, however on a few occasions we may be unable to meet these timescales, especially if your engraving requirements are particularly complex. If this is the case, we will contact you in advance to advise you of the anticipated delivery date. For large orders, we recommend you contact us a minimum of 4 weeks prior to your event, to ensure stock is available. All transit times quoted in the delivery timetables are in addition to our dispatch times.
If your order requires custom, printed logos, we will require a lead-time of 10 working days from receipt of payment and from final proof sign off (if amends are required to original artwork).
Bespoke, die-cast metal medals or belts, will require longer lead-times; delivery time frames will be provided with your original quotation.
For your convenience, we have added an option to specify a delivery date at checkout. If this date cannot be achieved, an email will be sent offering an alternative date. For rush orders, please contact us before making your purchase to ensure the date can be achieved. Timed delivery slots are available on request for a small surcharge.
Please Note: Standard delivery days (also referred to as working days) are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and bank holidays. To arrange a Saturday delivery please call our Customer Support team on 0121 707 0606, to discuss the additional charges for this service.
Delivery will be made on your specified date, by courier service. An email and/or text notification will be sent on the day of delivery, providing a one hour delivery window. Our courier service provides:
We deliver orders direct to customers throughout the UK and worldwide. To keep our costs competitive, we do not have a retail outlet. However, for pre-paid orders, customers are welcome to collect their products from our showroom between 9.30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday only.

We deliver our full product range to over 29 countries as part of our on-line offer.
Due to our large range of products and sizes available on-line, it is impossible to cover all delivery carriage rates and therefore it may not always be possible to deliver our larger trophies to worldwide locations. If this is the case, we will contact you after you have placed your order to provide you with the estimated carriage cost for the larger items, or to offer you a full, no quibble refund.
Due to irregular sizes & weights of our medals and trophies, it is not possible to offer these products on-line to the USA or Australia on a standard tariff. However, for your convenience, we are able to offer championship belts on-line. If you require additional awards, trophies or medals please contact us and we will be happy to provide a full shipping quotation.
We make every effort to deliver all products on time by using reliable couriers and Royal Mail (where appropriate); however we cannot take responsibility for late or failed deliveries due to incorrect details supplied by the customer. We will always try to rectify any problems through delivery as soon as possible and in the most cost effective way.
We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries, due to transport or environmental issues with our third party courier service, that are beyond our control.
