Please note that by placing an order on the JCBESPOKE.com website, you adhere to the terms & conditions of our sister company J.C.Trophies Ltd , a full list of our terms & conditions are outlined below.

Definition and Interpretation

In these terms and conditions “Conditions” means the standard terms and conditions of sale set out in this document and (unless the context otherwise requires) includes any special terms and conditions agreed in writing between you and us. “Contract” means the contract for the sale and purchase of Goods. “Goods” and ‘’Products’’ means the goods / products (including any instalment of Goods or any parts of them) which we are to supply in accordance with these conditions. “Delivery Date” means the date(s) (and time(s)) given by us to you for the delivery of Goods. “Price” means the price for the Goods excluding carriage, packing insurance, custom made dies, custom logo printing, artwork set up charges , engraving and VAT. “we” “us” and “our” means J.C.Trophies Ltd (Company No. 04624621) “you” and “your” means the person firm or company who accepts a quotation from us for the supply of Goods or whose order for the supply of Goods is accepted by us. The headings in these Conditions are for convenience only and shall not affect their interpretation.

VAT & Cost of Products

All product prices exclude UK V.A.T. Prices quoted exclude engraving, custom dies, custom logos, artwork set up and delivery charges, these additional costs will be specified before order completion. We reserve the right to amend the cost of products at any time.  UK vat (20%) is added at checkout to UK orders only.  UK Vat is not charged for international orders, however intenational customers will be liable to pay import duty & taxes locally when delivery is made.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards using our payment service provider Sage Pay - the largest independent payment service provider (PSP) in the UK & Ireland. Sage Pay provides a secure payment gateway, processing payments for thousands of businesses, including ours. It is Sage Pay's utmost priority to ensure that transaction data is handled in a safe and secure way, so when buying through our site you can be sure that you are completely protected. We also accept payment via PayPal using our secure on-line checkout system.

J.C.Trophies Ltd reserves the right to pass on charges to our customers for any payment method that is subsequently rejected by Banks or Credit Card companies due to insufficient funds or suspected fraudulent activity.

Delivery

We make every effort to deliver all products on time by using reliable couriers; however we cannot take responsibility for late or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details supplied by the customer. We will always try to rectify any problems through delivery as soon as possible and in the most cost effective way.

We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries, due to transport or environmental issues with our third party courier service, that are beyond our control.

All UK deliveries (including remote locations and Islands) are made using DPD delivery service. If you are unable to take delivery, DPD will make a second attempt to make delivery before returning your items to us for re-delivery. If you chose to have your delivery sent to a DPD parcel collection shop, parcels will only be held for a maximum of 10 days before being returned to us for re-delivery. If re-delivery is required a second delivery charge will be payable by the customer.

We aim to deliver within 5 -7 working days. however longer lead-times may apply at peak periods. Orders requiring artwork or special engraving, may take longer and will be advised by email to the customer. Lead-time for production of custom products will be advised when the quotation is emailed to the customer.

FREE delivery on order's over £200.00 applies to small items only. Specialist cups, large bulk items and custom orders are excluded from this offer.

Worldwide, European, Ireland (including Northern Ireland), Highland & Channel Islands delivery prices are based on single parcels of up to 20kg and box size of 60x40x40 (cm). Additional charges will apply if the order exceeds these packing dimensions. An email will be sent to the customer advising them of the additional postage charges, should the customer not wish to proceed with the order an immediate refund will be issued.

We offer the service to distribute to World-wide countries on a best endeavors basis, due to the remote location and numerous custom restrictions we will not be held responsible for any delays on international shipping due to exporting goods and custom delays. The onus is on the customer to provide full delivery information including business name, location, postal code and any other customs information required for the designated country including any national identification numbers or passport information required.

We deliver our full product range to over 29 countries as part of our on-line offer. However, due to our large range of products and sizes available on-line, it is impossible to cover all delivery carriage rates and therefore it may not always be possible to deliver our larger trophies to worldwide locations. If this is the case, we will contact you after you have placed your order to provide you with the estimated carriage cost for the larger items, or to offer you a full, no quibble refund.

Missed Delivery 

We use a trackable next day courier delivery service for all orders exceeding £25.00 net value.  You will receive an email and/or mobile text to notify you of your delivery date.  If you miss your delivery date, the courier will attempt a second delivery, alternatively you can choose to have the parcel delivered to a local pick up store/depot.  If you fail to take second delivery or collect your items from the local pick up store/depot, the parcel will automatically be returned to us for re-delivery.  Our customers will be liable for any re-delivery charges incurred due to missing the original delivery.  J.C.Bespoke will not be be held liable for these charges.  Should you wish to cancel the order, we will provide a refund minus the original delivery charge, a 20% re-stocking fee will also be incurred along with any engraving that was completed on the order.

International Delivery - Vat, Duty & Taxes

International customers are responsible for paying any additional import VAT and customs duty.

Please ensure an up to date email address and mobile telephone number are provided with your order to enable customs to contact you for payment.  Failure to provide this information may result in your order being returned to us and additional costs will be liable for re-delivery.

J.C.Trophies Ltd is NOT responsible for any additional costs incurred due to failure of the customer to pay import vat & duty on their order.  

Warranty/Damages

J.C.Trophies warrants that all products are of satisfactory quality. If any product is damaged on delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and we will do our best to replace the damaged item as soon as possible. After 48 hours, J.C.Trophies cannot take responsibility for damaged goods. Damaged goods can be returned via any of our DPD collection shop drop off points free of charge. Please note FREE return labels expire after 2 weeks.  If customers do not utilise the FREE return label then all returns must be made at their own cost.

Engraving

J.C.Trophies will not be liable for engraving errors due to incorrect information and/or spellings supplied by the customer. Replacements in this situation will be provided at cost. On engraved products, all layouts are at the discretion of our engravers, unless specified by the customer. In the unlikely event that a mistake is made by J.C.Tropheis Ltd, we will replace the engraving plate at no extra cost.

All engraving should be submitted on-line or via email. J.C.Trophies will not be held responsible for any engraving errors that occur from telephone orders due to mis-interpretation or spelling. We would advise that all engraving is provided in writing so there is no risk of errors occurring.

Returns

Standard trophy products can be returned as long as they are received in a re-salable condition and will be subject to a 25% re-stocking charge at the discretion of J.C.Trophies. Please pack the goods carefully ensuring that there is plenty of cushioning material between items and that they cannot rub together while in transit. Please note – we have a returns policy of 14 days, starting from the date you receive your order.

Goods cannot be returned if they have been supplied with engraving, or are customised products.  Please note - all our belts are custom made to order and therefore cannot be returned.   J.C.Trophies will not be held liable for the postage cost of returns. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Descriptions & Product Photo's

All sizes and capacities are approximate and are for guideline use only. All product photo's are for illustration purposes only, specifications will vary based on trophy size.

Prices

All prices shall be as per the sellers current price list and website at the date of dispatch and all prices are exclusive of VAT unless specified. All prices are subject to increases without notice owing to circumstances beyond the seller’s control.
