CUSTOM DIE-CAST CENTRES TO FIT JC BELTS

For large Associations and promoters, we offer a service to create bespoke die-cast centres and side plates to fit our stock belt designs.  A one-off die charge is required to create the unique centre and a sur-charge per belt is payable to hold the centres in stock for national & international distribution.

Our journey begins by understanding the titles and number of events per year required, we then work with our clients to create a unique range of belts for each title using various belt configurations and price points to suit the specified budget.  Once the plate configuration for each title is agreed, we will create artwork for your unique custom die-cast centre.  On artwork sign off, a die will be created and your centres will be manufactured and shipped from our factory on the next available sea shipment, the process usually takes approximately 12 weeks from artwork sign off.  JC BESPOKE will hold your custom centres in stock to enable us to offer a reliable, Worldwide distribution service to your international and national events. 

Our integrity is of the utmost importance, therefore we work with each Association to ensure a stringent purchasing process is in place with only named personnel authorised to order belts from each Association.
