Proofing process: if you have requested artwork amends, a full colour proof will be e-mailed to you within 5 working days for full approval. If we identify any quality issues with your artwork, we will contact you prior to production to discuss how best to proceed with your order. If no artwork amends are required, we will print your artwork directly from the file supplied onto your custom medals for a fast & efficient turn-around, unless you have specifically requested a proof.
What is included in the headline price: artwork proof (if required), medal with custom logo on the front, 22mm woven ribbon (silk ribbons are additional cost).
Additional optional services:
Ribbon: upgrade your ribbon to a silk gold, silver or bronze ribbon for an extra £0.10p per ribbon
Individual Front personalisation: make your medals extra special by adding individual text to personalise each medal for an additional cost of £0.50 per medal.
Optional Rear engraving: the medals feature a recessed area on the reverse, a metal plate matching the colour of your medal can be added for traditional engraved text. You can choose to engrave all the medals with the same text, or personalise each medal individually; this option can be added when placing your order for an additional £0.50 per medal.
Optional printed ribbon: we can offer high quality, full colour, silk sublimation printed ribbons from a minimum order quantity of 100. Additional costs depend on design and quantity. Production lead-time for printed ribbon is between 4-6 weeks depending on production schedules. Our XXL medal features intricate, red enamel detail to represent a gemstone effect around the outside edge and measures 85mm x 70mm with a thickness of 6mm. Included in the price is a free 22mm woven ribbon or choose to upgrade to a silk gold, silver or bronze ribbon for an additional £0.10 (+ vat) per medal.
Our classic XXL medals are customised using the very latest UV metal printing technology, your design will be produced in full colour on gold, silver or bronze metal inserts to match the colour of your medal. UV printed medals have no die-set up costs and are a great option for low quantity medal runs or for when event timescales are tight. All prices exclude VAT.
