Proofing process: if you have instructed artwork amends, a full colour proof will be e-mailed to you within 5 working days for full approval. If we identify any quality issues with your artwork, you will be contacted prior to print to discuss how best to proceed with your order. If no artwork amends are required, we will directly print your artwork onto your custom medals for a fast and efficient dispatch, unless you specifically request a proof.
What is included in the headline price: artwork proof (if required), medal with custom logo on the front, 38mm red, white & blue ribbon.
Additional optional services:
Ribbon: supplied with a FREE red, white & blue 38mm ribbon, sewn on at bar. Please contact [email protected] for alternative ribbon options.
Individual Front personalisation: make your medals extra special by adding individual text to personalise each medal for an additional cost of £0.50 per medal.
Optional Rear engraving: your text will be engraved on the back of your medal using our traditional engraving machines. Please note - we cannot engrave logo's, only text using our standard engraved font 'Roman 2-Line'. You can choose to engrave all the medals with the same text, or personalise each medal individually; this option can be added when placing your order for an additional £0.50 per medal.
Optional Rear printing: we can add a second logo to the reverse of the medal for an additional charge of £0.50 per medal.
Optional printed ribbon: we can offer high quality, full colour, silk sublimation printed ribbons from a minimum order quantity of 100. Additional costs depend on design and quantity. Production lead-time for printed ribbon is between 4-6 weeks depending on production schedules, rush order fees may apply for timescales under 4 weeks. Our best selling, Olympic sized 100mm medal is manufactured in solid 6mm metal, producing a high quality, heavy medal design. Included in the price is a FREE 38mm red, white & blue ribbon which is sewn onto the medal bar. If you require a different colour ribbon, we have a limited selection of colours available with velcro fastening at the neck or you can upgrade to a custom printed ribbon, please email [email protected] with any enquiries.
Our Olympic sized 100mm medals are customised with a vinyl domed finish sticker in full colour. Alternatively, for a budget friendly option choose a flat sticker and reduce your medal pirce by £0.50 each. All prices exclude VAT.
